FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Donna's Trees a "u-cut" farm?

We are not a u-cut service. Our trees are sourced from local growers, and we are happy to provide a complimentary fresh cut to your tree before you take it home. This will help your tree maintain freshness throughout the season.

How can I help my tree stay fresh all season?

We've found that these steps help our trees maintain their beauty in your home:

  • We will gladly provide a complimentary fresh cut to your tree before you take it home
  • Put your tree in lukewarm water within 30 minutes after we've given it a fresh cut
  • Check your tree's water level daily for the first 4-5 days, then approx. every other day for the remainder of the season. Keeping the water level at least an inch above the base of the trunk is key to maintaining your tree's freshness.

Is Donna's Trees open for the 2021 season yet?

Our dates of operation are Saturday, Nov. 20 - Thursday, Dec 23.

I don't have a truck. How can I transport my tree to my home?

We are happy to bale your tree and assist in securing it to your vehicle. Baling and twine are complimentary.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Bothell and Interbay locations are both open every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Do you sell flocked trees?

We do not provide a flocking service or sell pre-flocked trees, but we do have flocking powder available for purchase at our locations.

Do you sell wreaths. garland, etc.?
